BIMINI features low-mass, cast aluminum heat exchangers which transfer heat more efficiently. Aluminum provides superior corrosion resistance, which is important on condensing boilers.

Aluminum can be cast into intricate designs that improve heat transfer efficiency. Flow paths on both the combustion side and the water side are engineered to optimize efficiency.

Why a condensing boiler

Condensing design is necessary in a very high efficiency boiler. When the boiler is operating at maximum efficiency the exhaust temperatures become so low that water vapor in the exhaust condenses. The boiler has to be designed to drain away this liquid.

BIMINI is available in nine sizes with inputs ranging from 70 to 425 MBH.

BIMINI uses less floor space than other similarly sized boilers, and the smaller sizes can be hung on the wall.

BIMINI is lighter in weight than conventional boilers.

The BIMINI is designed for easy installation. Water and gas piping are conveniently located, and electrical components are pre-wired and terminals are provided for quick and easy field wiring.

Oil-Fired, Hot Water Boilers

The Tobago boiler provides hot water heat in a variety of sizes (from 80,000 to 238,000 heating capacity BTU/HR) to serve a wide range of homes. An approved chimney is required.

The boiler design is proven in service to be reliable. It is easy to maintain and economical in its purchase price and fuel consumption. The boiler can be ordered with flame retention Beckett, Carlin or Riello oil burners.

The boiler features a swing-open burner door that gives full access to the combustion chamber and burner nozzle. A split jacket provides easy access to the flue passages of the heat exchanger. The attractive and durable jacket is powder-coated to resist scratching and insulated to retain heat. The heat exchangers are constructed to meet the standards set by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

The Tobago has a wet base design in which the heat exchanger surrounds the combustion chamber on all sides to provide optimum heat transfer. The result is lower fuel costs.
